Check that Your Log-in Works BEFORE Registration Opens!

Opening Day of ILR Registration, much like the Opening Day of baseball, has a lot of activity. Our team is ready but oftentimes, we are not able to respond to Members as quickly as we would like. Most of the Members' issues are about being unable to log into their account. To avoid this delay in registration and worry or frustration about maybe not getting into a class, check your login credentials NOW. As an added incentive to do this, the classes are visible onlline and you can make your list ahead of the catalog arriving in the mail!

Here are the ways to beat the rush:

LOG IN, Click here.

FORGOT YOUR USERNAME/PASSWORD? click here to reset it. Make sure you make a note of the username that shows in the email screen to verify it is the one you are using before you click thepassword reset link.

EXPIRED MEMBER? Don't know if your Membership has expired? Log into your account. If you see a Membership link on the blue banner, your membership has expired. Click on this link, select a Membership (Individual membership) and follow the prompts for payment.

If you DO NOT see a Membership link on the blue banner, click on your name in the upper right hand corner, select My Account and scroll down to the Memberships tab at the bottom of the page. Check the expiration date. If your Membership is expiring in less than 60 days, you can renew by clicking on the edit membership icon to the right of the expiring membership proclass edit icon. You will see a Renew button. Click and follow the prompts for payment.
