Ken has 30-plus years of experience in organizational and clinical settings as a counselor, trainer, facilitator and mediator. He has designed and delivered learning programs for individual and organizational development for a wide variety of organizations. He has worked with highly diverse audiences at all organizational levels in the U.S. and internationally on programs that cover stress management, change management, team building, project management, conflict resolution, supervisor development, diversity, process improvement, performance management, mental fitness, resilience and mindfulness.
