The SGLs are the lifeblood of ILR. They teach classes, guide hikes, lead discussion groups, demonstrate skills, find interesting restaurants and impart wisdom. They may be experienced teachers or knowledgeable practitioners. They are passionate about their vocation or avocation and have a desire to share their knowledge with their peers.
New Study Group Leaders are always welcome. Please contact the Curriculum Committee if you would like to be a Study Group Leader or if you have any recommendations for potential Study Group Leaders.
The window to submit a 2023 Fall Semester course proposal has closed. You may view The Fall Course Proposal Form to review what kind of information we request. We will be accepting course proposals for the 2024 Spring Semester later this year and the form will be available on the website.
If you need information about ILR or our class protocols, please take a look at the document SGL Handbook
