Chef Andrew Randi, MS holds an AS in Culinary Arts and BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Johnson & Wales University, as well as an MS in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of New Haven. He has years of experience working as an executive chef, private chef, and owning and operating his own large-scale catering business. Andrew has been a chef instructor at the University of New Haven and Gateway Community College for more than 20 years. At Gateway he manages the Culinary Program's restaurant, Café Vincenzo, where students get real industry experience serving the public gourmet meals with a fine dining atmosphere.
